AgentforceAgentforce is Salesforce's platform for building and deploying autonomous AI agents that reason, decide and carry out tasks (service, sales, marketing) using CRM data, with human oversight and built-in guardrails.AI AgentAn AI agent is a software system that perceives its environment, reasons about a goal and takes actions autonomously to achieve it, using tools and memory without a fixed script or human intervention at every step.ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue)ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) is the annualized value of a subscription company's recurring, predictable revenue, normalized to twelve months. It counts only contracts that repeat every year and excludes one-time charges such as implementation or professional services.Average Order Value (AOV)Average order value (AOV) is the average sales value per transaction: it is calculated by dividing total revenue by the number of transactions (tickets or orders) in a period. It measures how much a customer spends on each purchase.

BarcodeA barcode is a visual representation of data in bars and spaces that a scanner reads to identify a product or unit. It encodes a number (such as a GTIN) and speeds up data capture in logistics, retail and traceability.BSP (Business Solution Provider)A BSP (Business Solution Provider) is a Meta-authorized partner that gives a company access to the WhatsApp Business API and adds onboarding, support and tools. Meta sets the rules and limits; the BSP makes access easier and applies its own pricing model.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) is an Incoterm under which the seller pays for the goods, ocean freight to the port of destination and minimum insurance, but the risk passes to the buyer once the goods are loaded on board the vessel at origin.Cold ChainThe cold chain is the temperature control system that keeps a perishable or sensitive product within a defined range at every stage, from origin to consumption, to preserve its quality, efficacy and safety.CollectionsCollections is the process of managing and recovering payment on overdue or soon-to-be-due invoices that customers owe a company. DemurrageDemurrage is the charge a shipping line bills when an import container stays inside the port terminal beyond the agreed free days. It is billed per day and per container until the cargo is picked up from the port.Duty DrawbackDuty drawback is a customs regime that refunds to the exporter the duties and fees it paid when importing inputs, once those inputs leave the country incorporated into an exported product, so that a country does not export its own taxes.

Factoring (Invoice Factoring)Factoring is a financing tool in which a company sells its outstanding invoices to a financial institution to receive cash upfront, in exchange for a discount or fee, improving its immediate liquidity.FCA (Free Carrier)FCA (Free Carrier) is an Incoterm under which the seller hands over the goods, already cleared for export, to the carrier nominated by the buyer at an agreed place. Picking (Order Picking)Picking is the warehouse operation of locating, retrieving and gathering the products for each order from their stock locations to prepare it for shipping. It is the most expensive and labor-intensive task inside a distribution center.Point of Sale (POS)A point of sale (POS) is the hardware and software system where a sale is completed and recorded, whether at a physical register or in an online transaction. It processes payments, issues receipts and captures key data from every transaction.Purchase Order (PO)A purchase order is the commercial document a buyer issues to formally authorize the purchase of goods or services from a supplier, detailing quantities, prices and terms. It becomes a binding contract once the supplier accepts it.

Sell-outSell-out is the actual sale of a product from the point of sale to the end consumer. It measures how much moves off the shelf, not what the manufacturer ships into the channel (that is sell-in).Sell-throughSell-through is the percentage of received inventory that actually sold in a given period. It is calculated as units sold divided by units received, times 100. It measures a product's real sales velocity and the health of stock at the point of sale.

WhatsApp 24-Hour WindowThe 24-hour window is the period during which a company can reply on WhatsApp with free-form messages and no template fee, counted from the customer's last message. Each new message from the user restarts that 24-hour clock.WhatsApp Business APIThe WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official interface that lets mid-sized and large companies connect WhatsApp to their systems (CRM, e-commerce, chatbots) to send messages at scale, automate conversations and serve customers through multiple agents.WhatsApp Quality RatingThe WhatsApp quality rating is the score (Green, Yellow or Red) that Meta assigns to each API phone number based on how users react to your messages. It determines your sending limits and can lead to the number being blocked.Win RateWin rate is the percentage of sales opportunities won out of all opportunities closed (won plus lost) in a period. It measures how effectively the sales team converts qualified deals into customers.
