Introduction and Scope

At Vantegrate we build a suite of AI agents for medium and large companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit our site, complete a form, schedule a demo or reach out to us through any channel. We want you to clearly understand what data we process and why, without unnecessary technical jargon.

This policy applies to the information we process as the data controller, meaning when we determine the purposes and means of how your data is used. It does not cover the information that one of our clients may process within their own operation when they use our products. In that case, each client is the controller of its end users' data, and the privacy policy and the agreement that company has with them apply.

By using our site or contacting us, you understand and accept the practices described in this document. If you do not agree with any part, we ask that you not provide us with your data. If you have questions about any point, write to us on WhatsApp and we will talk it through.

Information We Collect

We collect information in different ways: the information you give us directly, the information generated automatically as you browse, and information we may receive from legitimate third parties. Below we detail each category so you know precisely what we process.

Information you provide directly

This is what you submit voluntarily when you complete a contact form, schedule a demo, download a resource, subscribe to updates or write to us. Depending on the case, it may include:

  • Identification and contact data: your first and last name, email address and phone number.
  • Professional data: your company name, your role or department and the industry in which you operate.
  • Content of your messages: your inquiry, the context of your project or any information you choose to share when you contact us, including WhatsApp conversations.
  • Preferences: the topics or products you want to receive information about.

Information we collect automatically

When you browse our site, certain data is generated automatically through cookies and similar technologies. It may include your IP address, the browser type and version, the operating system, the device, the pages you visited, how long you stayed, the source you arrived from and usage patterns. This information helps us understand how the site is used and how to improve it. The full detail of our cookies lives in our Cookie Policy.

Third-party information

In some cases we may receive data from legitimate sources, such as advertising or analytics platforms, professional networks or business referrals, provided those sources are authorized to share it. When this happens, we process that information in accordance with this policy and applicable regulations.

We do not ask for or seek to collect sensitive data (such as health information, ideology, racial origin or similar data). We ask that you not share that type of information with us through our forms or contact channels.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data only for specific and legitimate purposes, tied to our commercial relationship with you or your company. Specifically, we process your data to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, and coordinate and run demos of our products.
  • Provide you with information about our products and services (Sellium, Revio, Metrix, Arconte, Trazzo and our AI agents offering) when you request it or when we believe it may interest you, always with your right to object.
  • Manage the commercial relationship, prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities.
  • Improve our site, our content and the experience of those who visit us.
  • Analyze site usage for statistical and optimization purposes.
  • Comply with legal, contractual and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
  • Prevent fraud and misuse, and safeguard the security of our systems and your information.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you without human intervention. If at any point we were to introduce processing of this kind, we would inform you and explain the logic involved and your rights in that regard.

05

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Nor do we share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your information is shared only in the limited circumstances described below.

Providers and data processors

We work with providers who assist us in operating the site and delivering our services, for example hosting platforms, analytics tools, messaging services and marketing automation and contact management solutions. These data processors access the data only to the extent necessary to provide the service to us, act under our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and security agreements. They are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

Legal compliance and protection of rights

We may disclose information when a competent authority legitimately requires it, when it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, or when it is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our security or that of third parties, prevent fraud or respond to a risk situation.

Corporate transactions

If in the future Vantegrate were to take part in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or asset transfer, your information could be transferred as part of that transaction. In that case, the information will remain protected under the terms of this policy or one that offers an equivalent level of protection, and we would notify you if regulations so require.

06

International Data Transfers

Some of the providers that assist us may store or process information on servers located outside Argentina. When this happens, your information may be subject to an international data transfer.

In those cases we adopt the safeguards required by Argentine data protection regulations so that your information maintains an adequate level of protection, whether by transferring to jurisdictions deemed adequate or by entering into the corresponding agreements and contractual clauses with the provider to guarantee its protection.

If you want to learn more about how we safeguard your data in these situations, write to us on WhatsApp and we will give you the details applicable to your case.

07

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to function correctly, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and, where applicable, personalize the content you see. A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you browse.

We use different types of cookies depending on their purpose: those strictly necessary for the site to work, analytics cookies to understand how it is used and improve it, and functionality or personalization cookies to remember your choices. You can find the detail of the cookies we use and how to manage them in our Cookie Policy.

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, or withdraw your consent where applicable. Keep in mind that, if you disable them, some site features may stop working correctly or become unavailable.

08

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include access controls, the use of encrypted channels where appropriate and internal practices aimed at handling your data responsibly.

We limit access to the information to the people who need to handle it to perform their role, and we require our providers to meet security and confidentiality standards consistent with the sensitivity of the data involved.

Even so, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to reduce risks. If we detect an incident that significantly affects your data, we will act in accordance with applicable regulations and notify you where appropriate.

09

Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet the timeframes required by applicable regulations. The specific period depends on the type of data, the purpose for which we process it and the legal or contractual obligations that apply to us.

As a general criterion, we keep your data while there is an active commercial relationship or interest, and then for the reasonable period we need to comply with legal obligations, resolve any claims or exercise and defend rights.

When the information is no longer necessary for any of these purposes, we securely delete or anonymize it so that it no longer identifies you.

10

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 grants you a series of rights over your information, which you can exercise at any time free of charge under the terms set out in the regulations.

To ensure your security, before processing a request we may ask you to verify your identity, so as to prevent a third party from accessing or modifying your data without authorization.

Rights you can exercise (Law No. 25,326)

As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what data of yours we hold, for what purpose we process it and where it comes from.
  • Rectification: correct or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion: request that we erase your data when it is no longer necessary or when you withdraw your consent, unless we must retain it due to a legal obligation.
  • Objection: object to the processing of your data, particularly for marketing and commercial communications.
  • Withdrawal of consent: revoke, going forward, the consent you have given us.
11

How to Exercise Your Rights

Exercising your rights is simple: write to us on WhatsApp, tell us what you need (for example, accessing your data, correcting it, having us delete it or having us stop sending you commercial communications) and we take care of it. If you ask us, you can also tell us that you no longer want to receive messages from us, and we will respect that decision.

We will respond to your request within the timeframes established by applicable regulations. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your request (for example, because a law requires us to retain certain information), we will explain the reasons.

In addition, the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority for Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules. You have the right to file a claim with that body if you believe we have not respected your rights.

12

Data of Minors

Our site and services are intended for companies and professionals of legal age. We do not intentionally seek or collect personal data from minors.

If we become aware that we received information from a minor without the corresponding authorization of their legal guardian, we will delete it from our records. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor in your care provided us with data, write to us on WhatsApp so we can resolve it.

14

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, in the technology we use or in applicable regulations. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this same page and revise the last updated date shown at the top.

If we introduce significant changes that materially affect how we process your information, we will try to notify you through a reasonable means before they take effect. We suggest reviewing this page from time to time to stay up to date.
