That is different from a bot that lives outside your system and copies your catalog into a spreadsheet. Access depends on your plan: on Odoo's subscriptions, Odoo offers the external API, including the newer JSON-2 API, only on the Custom plan, and Studio webhooks depend on your edition; in Community we handle triggers with server actions or polling.
