Integrate Infios (formerly Körber) with AI agentsthat plan delivery and answer questions about the warehouse

Vantegrate's AI agents build on your Infios WMS (formerly Körber Supply Chain): Trazzo picks up the orders that are ready to ship and plans the last mile, while Metrix answers inventory and operations questions in natural language, with no hand-built reports. The connection uses Infios's official mechanism and is validated case by case. Your data stays in your platform.

The short answer

What does it mean to integrate Infios (formerly Körber) with Vantegrate's AI agents?

Integrating Infios with Vantegrate's AI agents means that Trazzo picks up the orders that are ready to ship from the WMS and plans last-mile delivery, while Metrix answers inventory and operations questions in natural language, with no hand-built reports. The connection uses Infios's official mechanism, and the exact technical approach is validated case by case before we start.

That's different from exporting spreadsheets or using a fixed decision-tree bot that doesn't know the warehouse context. The agent understands your operation, acts on real data and works with minimum permissions. Your inventory and order information stays in your Infios platform: the agent looks it up and updates only what's necessary, without taking it anywhere.

Hi, I want to integrate Infios with AI agents.
What syncs

What data moves between Vantegrate and Infios

The agent works on your Infios platform through the official mechanism: it reads the orders that are ready to ship, checks the state of the operation and updates in the WMS only what's needed, where it belongs.

Orders ready to ship

Trazzo picks up the orders the WMS flags as ready to ship and plans last-mile routes and deliveries, without anyone building the delivery plan in a separate spreadsheet.

Inventory and operations in natural language

Metrix checks stock, throughput and warehouse status and answers in the chat, so your team asks in natural language instead of waiting for a hand-built report.

Statuses written back, only what's needed

The agent updates in Infios only what's needed (a delivery status, a receiving confirmation), with minimum permissions and traceability, without duplicating the database in another tool.

How it connects

How the integration works, step by step

Vantegrate handles the setup and rollout. Your team authorizes, validates and starts using it.

1

Discovery of the platform and workflows

We map your Infios (formerly Körber) instance and your operational workflows: which orders, which statuses and which business rules. With that, we define and validate the technical approach case by case.

2

Connection through the official mechanism

Its native iPaaS supports API, EDI, SFTP, JSON and XML, with pre-built connectors for ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP and Dynamics. We connect through whichever approach is validated, with credentials limited to minimum permissions.

3

Loading your business context

We load your operation's rules (dispatch priorities, zones, delivery windows) so the agent acts with judgment, not with a fixed decision tree that has no warehouse context.

4

Validation with real data

We test with real data, validate with your operations team and roll out in phases, first in a limited workflow and then expanding.

Integrated, not by hand

Integration through the official mechanism vs. exporting spreadsheets

Not every way of moving warehouse data is the same. Exporting spreadsheets from the WMS and building the delivery plan by hand leaves gaps: an order that was ready late doesn't make the day's route, a delivery status gets entered late and decisions are made on an old snapshot. Integration through Infios's official mechanism reads the order as soon as it's ready and acts on the spot, without that gap between the data and the action.

The difference shows in every dispatch: Trazzo plans on the real orders the WMS flags as ready, and Metrix answers an operations question instantly instead of waiting for someone to build the report. That immediacy spares you from replanning on outdated information and cuts the manual work of reconciling the status of each shipment.

Your data stays in your Infios platform: the agent looks up what it needs and updates only what's necessary, without taking the database anywhere else. The principle is simple: AI comes to your data, not your data to the AI.

Infios is an enterprise platform with a limited presence among companies with 100 to 5,000 employees in Latin America; the integration is a capability for the companies that already run it, and we validate your case before we commit to it.

Your data, your operation

The integration doesn't take your data anywhere

The principle is simple: AI comes to your data, not your data to the AI. The agent works against Infios through the official mechanism, with the permissions you authorize, and the agents run on certified cloud infrastructure.

  • Connection through Infios's official mechanism, whose native iPaaS supports API, EDI, SFTP, JSON and XML; no scrapers and no manual uploads.
  • Access with minimum permissions and traceability for every operation: the agent reads what it needs and updates only what's necessary.
  • Your inventory and order data stays in your Infios platform; you operate and certify your environment, and Vantegrate only enables the integration.
  • The agents run on Salesforce or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, whose SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications belong to those platforms, not to Vantegrate or your Infios environment.
Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the Infios integration

What operations and supply chain teams usually ask before connecting an AI agent to their Infios (formerly Körber) WMS.

How do I integrate Infios (formerly Körber) with AI agents?

With a connection through Infios's official mechanism: its native iPaaS supports API, EDI, SFTP, JSON and XML, with pre-built connectors for ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP and Dynamics. Trazzo picks up the orders that are ready to ship and plans the last mile, and Metrix answers questions about inventory and operations in natural language. Vantegrate handles the setup; your team authorizes the permissions, validates and starts using it. The exact technical approach is defined case by case. Meet the logistics agent, Trazzo.

Is Infios the same as Körber?

Yes. Körber Supply Chain Software was renamed Infios on March 4, 2025, also bringing in MercuryGate. Documentation and some older systems may still mention Körber (for example, Körber Warehouse Edge), but it's the same platform. The integration with the agents works the same way, whatever name your instance runs under.

Does the integration cover MercuryGate, Infios's TMS?

Yes, on the same basis. MercuryGate is the transportation management system (TMS) that Körber and KKR acquired and that became part of Infios, together with warehouse and order management, according to Infios. If you plan and run your shipments there, Trazzo can pick up the status of each shipment to notify the customer over WhatsApp, and Metrix can answer questions about transportation operations. The technical approach is validated case by case, as with the WMS.

Where does the warehouse data stay?

In your Infios platform. The agent looks up and updates what's necessary without taking the database anywhere else. Access uses minimum permissions limited to its task (reading orders and statuses, updating only what's necessary) and is logged. You operate and certify your Infios environment; Vantegrate enables the integration, and its agents run on Salesforce or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, whose SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications belong to those platforms, not to Vantegrate. The principle is that AI goes to your data, not your data to the AI.

Does Infios have a large installed base in Latin America?

It's an enterprise platform with a limited presence among companies with 100 to 5,000 employees in the region. That's why the integration with the AI agents is a capability for companies that already run Infios, not a buying recommendation: if you already use it for your WMS and supply chain execution, Trazzo and Metrix add delivery planning and operations questions over WhatsApp on top of that data.
