Integrate Verizon Connect with AI agentsthat read your fleet data

Vantegrate's AI agents connect to Verizon Connect through the official Reveal API: they use your vehicles' position and alerts to enrich delivery planning, answer fleet questions in natural language and log the result in your systems, without anyone reconciling dashboards by hand. Your fleet data keeps living in your Reveal account.

The short answer

What does it mean to integrate Verizon Connect with Vantegrate's AI agents?

Integrating Verizon Connect with Vantegrate's AI agents means that Reveal's fleet data (position, alerts and activity) enriches how you plan and monitor deliveries instead of sitting on a separate dashboard. The agent queries that data in context and acts, through Reveal's REST API and webhooks, with scoped permissions.

That is different from a fixed decision-tree bot with no access to the fleet, or from reconciling systems by eye. The agent understands the context of the delivery, matches it with the vehicle's live location and receives the status change in real time. Your fleet information stays in your Reveal account: the agent queries it and acts; it doesn't take it anywhere.

Hi, I want to integrate Verizon Connect with AI agents.
What syncs

What data moves between Vantegrate and Verizon Connect

The agent works against the Reveal API: it receives your vehicles' position in near real time and their alerts in real time, and uses that data to plan deliveries and answer fleet questions, where it belongs.

Live vehicle position

Reveal supports a GPS webhook: the customer registers the endpoint on their own from the Reveal Marketplace and the platform sends the position updates, so the agent knows where every vehicle is.

Fleet activity alerts

Reveal also supports an Alert webhook that the customer registers by calling support; when an activity alert fires, the agent finds out and matches it with the delivery plan.

Fleet data you can query in natural language

On the data available in Reveal, the agent answers fleet operations questions in natural language, without anyone building a report or exporting spreadsheets by hand.

How it connects

How the integration works, step by step

Vantegrate handles the setup and the rollout. Your team authorizes, validates and starts using it.

1

Connection through the official Reveal API

Reveal exposes REST services through its integration portal (Integration Manager). We connect with Reveal integration credentials, issued to the customer through the Marketplace or by their Customer Care representative, plus an authorization token with a limited lifetime.

2

Registering the fleet webhooks

With your team, we register the GPS webhook self-service from the Reveal Marketplace and the Alert webhook by calling support, so the agent receives your vehicles' position and alerts.

3

Business context and rules

We load your fleet operation, delivery flows and business rules, and map where each piece of data is recorded so the agent acts with the right context.

4

Validation with real data

We test with real data from your Reveal account, validate with your operations team and roll out in phases. The exact technical path is defined case by case.

Through the API, not by eye

Integration through the official API vs. reconciling dashboards by hand

Checking the Reveal dashboard every so often is not the same as reading the fleet data in the moment. Reconciling telematics and the delivery system by eye leaves gaps: a delay on the road is spotted late, an alert goes unnoticed and the delivery promise falls through. Integrating through the official Reveal API receives position and alerts as soon as they happen, and the agent acts with that context.

The difference shows in every delivery: when the GPS webhook reports where the vehicle is, the agent matches that position with the plan and answers without anyone building the report. That immediacy keeps you from rescheduling blind and missing the delivery window, especially when the fleet is large and statuses change all the time.

Comparison of integration patterns; the exact technical path with Verizon Connect is validated case by case before we start.

Your fleet data stays in your Reveal account: the agent works against Reveal through the API with scoped permissions and logs the result where it belongs; it doesn't take your database anywhere else. Verizon Connect handles the telematics: you run and certify your own Reveal account.

Your data, your fleet

The integration doesn't take your data anywhere

The principle is simple: AI comes to your data, not your data to the AI. The agent works against Reveal through the official API, with the permissions you authorize, and the agents run on certified cloud infrastructure.

  • Connection through the official Reveal API, with Reveal integration credentials and a token with a limited lifetime; no scrapers, no manual uploads.
  • The Reveal integration credentials verify your account's permissions and are scoped to the use case: the agent accesses only what it needs.
  • Fleet data stays in your Verizon Connect Reveal account; the agent queries or receives what it needs through the API and webhooks, and logs the result where it belongs.
  • The agents run on Salesforce or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, whose SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications belong to those platforms, not to Vantegrate or your Reveal account, with traceability for every operation.
Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about the Verizon Connect integration

What operations and logistics teams usually ask before connecting an AI agent to their fleet data in Verizon Connect.

How do I integrate Verizon Connect with AI agents?

Through a connection over the official Reveal API, which exposes REST services through its integration portal. We authenticate with Reveal integration credentials, issued to the customer through the Marketplace or Customer Care, plus a token with a limited lifetime, and we register the GPS and Alert webhooks. With that, the agent uses position and alerts to enrich delivery planning. Vantegrate handles the setup; your team authorizes the permissions, validates and starts using it. Learn more about the logistics agent, Trazzo.

Where does the fleet data stay?

In your Verizon Connect Reveal account. The agent queries or receives what it needs through the API and webhooks; it doesn't move your database anywhere else. Fleet data stays where you run it, and access uses minimum permissions that the Reveal integration credentials verify. The principle is that AI goes to your data, not your data to the AI.

How does position data arrive in near real time?

Reveal supports a GPS webhook: the customer registers the endpoint on their own from the Reveal Marketplace and the platform sends the position updates. For activity alerts there's an Alert webhook, which is registered by calling support. With both, the agent receives the data as soon as it happens and acts on the delivery plan.

Does Verizon Connect operate in Latin America?

Verizon Connect has a strong presence in the United States, relevant to the US Hispanic market and to Mexico. The integration is a capability for companies that already run it: if your fleet runs on Reveal, the agents use that data in your deliveries. We don't overstate its installed base in the region; we validate your case before promising anything.
