You will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce architecture solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce projects, including integration with other systems.
• Provide architectural guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential.
• Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certified System Architect or Application Architect.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce data migration.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and compliance best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of Einstein Copilot.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
